Question for fitness buffs/gurus? - calories in a large roast beef sub
Ok last week held a daily caloric intake in 1300, and atleast one hours of cardio every day. Saturday dinner wider fatening (nothing terrible, grilled meat and chips n salsa), but he did not win "diet", and alcohol. And then I have all the weight I lost in the first week back from the bad night. During the whole week, I (heart), including the date by more than an hour - is this normal? I thought that the increase helped the metabolism of calories per day per week? Or scope of the product for me? Thank you!

Be patient .... Her body is to eat a certain way, and accustomed to a certain weight and body type ... a week of healthy eating and the development it will not do. Try to drink out of the salt and is somewhat safe, green tea ice cream.
