Any condition that leads over a longer period of incarceration. In addition, carries a poor diet. These conditions may include a spinal cord injury (para or tetraplegia), orthopedic injuries, as weak, etc. Basically, anything that restricts movement. I forgot to diabetes should also be there.
Often, people with diabetes at high risk for development decubs simply because of poor circulation. People with PAD rank there with them.
